And 100 percent of the grapes chosen for RockBare come from McLaren Vale. RockBare’s winemaker, Tim Burvill, has established strong relationships with grape growers throughout the vale. So he has his choice of the best grapes the area has to offer. He then uses a winemaking process without a lot of handling or manipulation. The idea is to get the best grapes and let the fruit speak for itself. The concept is simple. The label is simple. The wines are simply great.
