Blackberry honey wine with no sulfites or preservativesadded! Kosher.
Great blackberry wine with a kiss of honey. Try it chilled before or after dinner, with dark chocolate. Our Summer favorite: put ice in the blender, cover it with Blackberry Honey wine, blend and serve.
This berry wine should retain its fruity flavor for 6 months to a year, or longer if kept cool. We have enjoyed bottles of 3- and 4-year-old blackberry honey wine; they matured into wine that is less fruity and more port-like.
Honey Run Winery’s focus has always been three-fold:
1) Make tasty, accessible wine from fruit and honey.
2) Make natural wine without sulfites, sorbates, or preservatives.
3) Share it near and far with friends, family, and fans.
HoneyRun Winery was founded by John and Amy Hasle in 1992. From the beginning, Honey Run has made wonderful-tasting, fruit honey wine without added sulfites or preservatives. The family business began at the Hasle home in a small canyon of the Sierra Nevada foothills near Chico, CA. Just down the road is the historic Honey Run Covered Bridge that appears on our wine labels and corks. The winery has been in Southern Chico since 1995, and we love visitors!
While happy customers now enjoy HoneyRun Honey Wines across the country, we stay close to our roots. Our natural honey comes from local Northern California beekeepers, and every bottle of HoneyRun Honey Wine is filled carefully by hand. You can always find our honey wine at the annual Taste of Chico, and on local shelves. Over the years our corks have featured the bicycles, bees, and large oak trees commonly found in Chico. We invite you to open a bottle and enjoy them with us.
