Cachaca 21 is one of the oldest brands and most traditional cachacas on the Brazilian market. This classic cachaca is distilled from fermented juice of regional sugar cane which flourishes in this area of Brazil due its excellent adaptation to the soil. Cachaca 21 rests in wooden vats for months in the Pirassununga Spirits Company warehouse until reaches the perfect taste and aroma required by the cachaca experts at Pirassunga. In the dawn of this millennium, IBP (Industria de Bebidas Pirassununga) modernized their facilities. An Environment Control Program was instituted. State-of-the-art equipment was installed for its cachaca production and bottling including a new quality control laboratory to ensure that every bottle of Cachaca 21 is pure and flavorful, consistent with the high standards of the Pirassunga brand.
