This cuvée has aromas of freesias, baked pear, melon and citrus peel enhanced with notes of toast and vanilla. The wine is elegantly structured, round and flavorful with the long creamy finish that is the hallmark of Domaine Carneros wines.
The 2007 cuvée is composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Unusually, only 2% of the cuvée underwent malolactic fermentation prior to blending the cuvée for tirage bottling. The wine has been aged for three years prior to release and will further age gracefully in your cellar for 10 or more years.

| Food pairing |
| Our Winemaker believes this is the best oyster wine in the world; however, it complements a wide variety of seafood and poultry dishes and goes surprisingly well with fillet mignon. It is also a superb match for Asian cuisine.
