Wine Enthusiast 90 points - Made from a potato base and infused with a lengthy list of fruits and vegetables (apples, pear, pineapple and watermelon, among others), this gin has a bright, slightly sweet and cucumber-y aroma. On the palate, juniper leads, finishing crisp, light and slightly citrusy, if slightly hot. It’s surprising that it’s not fruitier considering the botanicals list, but that neutrality makes for a fine martini gin.
Ultimate Beverage Challenge 87 points - The aromatics reveal an intense base spirit with a complex melange of botanicals including juniper, coriander, lavender, citrus zest, and lemon grass. The palate is bold and assertive with sharp citrus zest notes in the lead on a viscous bed of decadent spirit. (Mar 2015)
